Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Selling new and used vehicles
• Accurately completing paperwork
• Maintaining Customer Service index to meet dealership standards
• Effective demonstration of vehicle features
• Meeting dealership sales goals
• Engaging in business development
• Addressing customers concerns, including follow-up with customers according to dealership guidelines

 

Requirements

• Professionalism in attitude, aptitude and attire
• Applicant must be highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Computer proficiency required
• The ability to follow and understand instructions and the ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel
• Bilingual skills a plus!
• All applicants must have a valid Driver License
• Pre-employment drug screen is required.
